Owner and President, e-Gads!
Carole Carter is currently the owner and president of e-gads!
LLC ( Electric Gizmos and Display Systems). From 1979 to 1991,
she worked for Howard Hughes Estate Businesses. She was hired
into the executive training program, which developed into
a number of operating and corporate positions. As executive
VP of information technologies, Carter participated in the
management team responsible for the divestiture of Hughes
Gaming Properties, Hughes Helicopters and Hughes Aircraft.
Carter also served as COO of United Gaming (now Alliance Gaming). |

& Leisure magazine
Jeannie Caruso is the publisher and founder of Gaming and
Leisure magazine, a management periodical serving the domestic
and international gaming and hospitality industry for the
majority of the past decade. In addition, she hosts the annual
G&L Roundtable, which brings industry leaders from all
over the country together in a peer-to-peer forum. Prior to
Gaming & Leisure, Caruso served as a management consultant
in the gaming, hospitality and music industries, including
Fortune 100 clientele. Today, Caruso remains as CEO of a private
consultancy that is primarily focused on development, business
valuation and acquisition. |

Vice President, Merrill Lynch
Elke W. Chenevey is a financial advisor in Merrill Lynch's
Global Wealth Management Group, San Diego office, specializing
in investment consulting. She has worked in the financial
services industry for more than 20 years. As a leader of Merrill
Lynch's Native American Professional Network, she works exclusively
with Native American tribes and their enterprises. She has
also served her tribe, the Omaha Tribe, in various capacities,
including chief administrative officer and economic development
planner. Active in her community and harboring a passion for
financial education, Chenevey serves on several non-profit
boards. Most recently, she joined the Advisory Committee for
the InvestNative Project of the First Nations Development
Institute. |

Cheryl A. Constantino assists business owners, executives

Punam Mathur is responsible for the oversight and implementation
of MGM MIRAGE's Diversity Initiative, as well as government
affairs, diversity relations, community affairs, corporate
philanthropy and the employee-funded Voice Foundation. Under
her leadership, MGM MIRAGE has received national and local
acclaim for its support of diversity and community affairs
initiatives. In 2006, the Women's Chamber of Commerce of Nevada

Lynn "Nay" Valbuena has held many elected positions
within the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians tribal government,
having served four years as a member of the tribal council
and as tribal chair from 1994 to 1996. Valbuena is currently
serving her 13th year as chair of the Tribal Alliance of Sovereign
Indian Nations, and her 12th year as the elected executive
secretary for the National Indian Gaming Association, acting
as liaison between the association and its 184 member tribes,
comprising the largest organization of gaming tribes in the

In June 2005, Marilyn Winn was promoted to president of
Bally's, Rio and Paris, following the successful merger
of Harrah's Entertainment Inc. and Caesars Entertainment
Inc. At the three major strip resorts, Winn is responsible
for overseeing the day-to-day operations of each property,
with a combined total of over 11,000 employees. In January
2004, Winn assumed the position of senior VP and GM of Harrah's
Las Vegas and the Rio. Prior to this promotion, Winn held
various executive positions with the company, including
senior VP of human resources, senior VP and GM of Harrah's
Shreveport Hotel & Casino in Louisiana, and VP of human
resources for the company's southern Nevada operations.
Winn has been with Harrah's Entertainment Inc. since 1988.
