Randi Kolesar

Director of Slot Marketing, Wynn Las Vegas

Randi J. Kolesar currently serves as the Director of Slot Marketing for Wynn Las Vegas. In this role she is responsible for all areas of the Slot Marketing Department including managing a team of Slot Marketing Hosts to optimize their performance in slot revenue generation, new business development and special event bookings. Randi is also responsible for the Red Card Loyalty Program as well as the operation of the Red Card centers at Wynn and Encore. She works closely with all areas of Wynn and Encore to maintain positive working relationships and open communication to garner support and adoption of marketing initiatives.

Previous to working at Wynn, Randi was the Director of Training and Organizational Development for the Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC) with MGM Resorts International. In this role, Randi was responsible for coordinating training, including its development, delivery and administration, for all departments within the FSSC. In addition, she assisted with departmental employee communications and performance evaluations, specialized recruiting and testing databases for hiring. She also worked closely with MGM Resort’s Finance Leadership team in developing and implementing their Finance Career Development Program, formalizing their Management Associate Program to include training and development for its associates across the entire Company and also coordinating the annual Finance focused summer internship program.

During her history with MGM Resorts, Randi held positions of Direct Marketing Manager for CityCenter Residential, Account Manager for MGM MIRAGE’s Loyalty Marketing Department and Slot Supervisor for Bellagio. She began her career at Bellagio in the Slot Department as an associate in the MAP Program. Midway through her career at MGM Resorts, she left to pursue an opportunity as Director of Special Projects with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty. In this role, she developed and conducted all technology training for the 325-member sales team; managed online marketing initiatives, including Web site development, email marketing and social media; and planned all special events.

Active in the community, Randi has worked closely with Candlelighter’s of Southern Nevada as a member of the Executive Planning Committee for Camp Independent Firefly, a camp for children with cancer and bleeding disorders, and is a charter team member of Rider’s for Candlelighter’s, one of the organization’s fundraising programs. She also adopts a family every year during the holiday season as part of Candlelighter’s Adopt a Family program. Randi earned her bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
